Who we are

Guttrz is a gutter guard installation and gutter cleaning business in North Canton, Ohio. Guttrz is a brand of The Schaffner Company LLC. In this policy, "Guttrz," "we," "us," and "our" mean The Schaffner Company LLC doing business as Guttrz. This policy covers getguttrz.com and the information you share with us by web form, phone call, text message, or email.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:

• Your name and mobile phone number
• Your street address and ZIP code
• Details about your home and project, such as the service you need, number of stories, roof type, and whether you own or rent
• Whether anyone in your home qualifies for senior or military pricing, if you choose to tell us
• Your text message consent choices, the consent language you agreed to, the date and time, and the web page where you gave consent
• Anything you send us in calls, texts, or emails, including photos

Information we create while serving you

We keep records of your quote, your agreement, the work we complete, payment status, and warranty details. We take before and after photos of the gutters and roof edge at your home as part of the job.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that measures page views and site performance without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Like any website, the servers that deliver it record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives this technical data when you visit. Fonts and all other files load from our own domain.

How we use your information

• To prepare and send your price range and firm quote
• To schedule, confirm, and complete your service
• To contact you by phone, email, or, if you opted in, text message
• To send marketing text messages, only if you separately opted in to marketing texts
• To provide warranty service and keep job records
• To apply senior or military pricing you ask about
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements
• To protect our website, our business, and our customers from fraud and misuse

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check a consent box on our quote form, or otherwise give us permission, we may send you text messages. There are two separate choices:

• Non-marketing messages about your quote request, scheduling, appointment reminders, and install updates.
• Marketing messages, such as seasonal gutter cleaning reminders and special offers.

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed. See our Terms of Service for the full text message program terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except the text messaging platform, carriers, and aggregators that deliver our messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not buy, sell, or trade leads. We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management and messaging platform (HighLevel, also known as LeadConnector), phone and text message carriers and aggregators, website hosting (Cloudflare), email, payment processing, and accounting. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, our crews, or the public.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

How long we keep information

We keep quote and contact information for as long as it is useful for your request and follow-up. For customers, we keep job records, photos, and agreements for at least the length of the workmanship warranty and as required for tax and legal purposes. Text message consent records are kept for as long as needed to show when and how consent was given or withdrawn.

Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Calls and email: tell us you do not want to be contacted, and we will stop.
• Access, correction, and deletion: email christian@getguttrz.com or call (330) 818-5584 to ask what information we have about you, fix it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep records we are required to keep by law or that we need for warranty service.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services and website are for adult homeowners and residents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
