These terms cover your use of getguttrz.com, our quotes, and our text message program.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service apply to getguttrz.com and to the text message program run by Guttrz, a brand of The Schaffner Company LLC ("Guttrz," "we," "us"). By using this website, submitting our quote form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the text message program.

2. Quotes and estimates

Price ranges we send by text, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide and on satellite measurements of your home. They are not an offer or a contract. Your firm price is the written price we give you after the on-site check, and that price is good for one year. Any work we do is governed by the written agreement you sign. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

3. Your right to cancel

If you sign an agreement at your home, Ohio law may give you the right to cancel until midnight of the third business day after you sign. The cancellation notice and instructions will be included with your agreement.

4. Warranties

Gutter guard materials carry the manufacturer's limited material warranty. Our installation carries a 5-year workmanship warranty. The exact warranty terms are in your written agreement and the manufacturer's warranty document. Nothing on this website creates any additional warranty.

5. Text message program terms

Program name and description

The Guttrz text message program sends two types of messages, each with its own opt-in:

• Non-marketing messages about your quote request, scheduling, appointment reminders, install updates, and customer care.
• Marketing messages, such as seasonal gutter cleaning reminders and special offers.

You can opt in by checking the matching box on the quote form at getguttrz.com, or by giving us your permission in writing. Checking a box is optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of getting a quote or buying any product or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Non-marketing messages depend on your quote and project. Marketing messages are occasional.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the text message service at any time. Just text STOP to (330) 818-5584, or reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

How to rejoin

If you want to receive messages again, reply START to (330) 818-5584, or check the consent box again on our quote form.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Privacy

For privacy-related information, including how we handle your mobile number and opt-in data, please see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Industry standards

We run this program in line with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and with wireless industry messaging guidelines.

6. Information you provide

You agree to give accurate information, including a mobile number that belongs to you. If you give us someone else's number, you confirm you have their permission.

7. Website content

The guides and articles on this site are general information for Northeast Ohio homeowners. They are not professional engineering, roofing, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Cost ranges that are not Guttrz prices are typical market figures and may differ from quotes you receive.

8. Intellectual property

The Guttrz name, logo, text, and images on this site belong to The Schaffner Company LLC. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy or republish our content without permission.

9. Links to other sites

Some pages link to outside websites, such as government code or safety resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Guttrz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the text message program. Your rights for work we perform are set by your signed agreement and applicable warranties, and nothing here limits rights you have under Ohio consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Stark County, Ohio, unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
