Gutter guards in Granger Township, OH: what a two-acre lot changes

Gutter guards in Granger Township, OH go on bigger houses than most places we work, and that is mostly the result of zoning. The township's R-1 residential district requires a lot of at least two acres, 175 feet of frontage, and a 70-foot front yard, according to the Granger Township Zoning Resolution. Houses sit back from the road with room to spread out: side-load garages, rear wings, covered porches, and sometimes a detached garage or barn. Every one of those adds gutter footage and corners.
